LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
LGBTQ+ affirming therapists offer folx of all sexual and gender identities a safe space to access emotional healing. Clients may be in the process of exploring gender identity or sexual orientation, the coming out process, healing wounds from non-affirming loved ones or spiritual communities, or navigating new boundaries. LGBTQ+ affirming therapy removes systemic barriers for transgender or queer-identifying folx to process mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, dismantling shame, trauma recovery, stress, relationship problems, grief and loss, racial identity work, and more.
